Character Breakdowns
Kriss Kringle
The legendary toymaker who has become absorbed in his work while unknowingly leaving Betty to carry the burdens of their home. As tensions rise, Kriss must confront his own blind spots, rediscover empathy, and repair the most important relationship in his life.
Betty Kringle
Kriss's devoted wife who has reached her breaking point. Overwhelmed by responsibility and unable to reconnect with her husband, she sets out to rediscover herself while reminding everyone that true joy comes from serving others.
Lavinia
A fun-loving, carefree elf who values a good party over punctuality. Her carefree attitude frustrates her coworkers until she learns that her actions have consequences, and that unwanted attention isn't always flattering.
Elvie
Head of the reindeer barn and resident busybody. Always in the middle of everyone else's business, she enjoys staying in Kriss and Betty's good graces by keeping tabs on the staff.
Adeline
The wise and compassionate "mother hen" of the workshop. A peacemaker who offers sound advice, keeps the kitchen running smoothly, and helps others find common ground.
Meckalina
A hardworking but envious elf who constantly compares herself to others. Quick with sarcastic remarks, she's especially irritated by Hinee-Ho's endless pranks and the success of those around her.
Hinee-Ho
The workshop prankster whose jokes rarely land at the right time. Mischievous, energetic, and always testing everyone's patience.
Mylynn
A foster girl nearing adulthood who worries about her future. Though naturally anxious, she longs to belong and learns to embrace hope alongside Tymen.
Tymen
An optimistic foster boy who is thrilled to be part of the Kringle household. He brings warmth, hope, and joy wherever he goes.
Widget
A spirited teenage reindeer determined to prove she belongs at the front of Santa's team. Smart, confident, and ambitious, she refuses to let others' doubts define her.
Razbaum
The clumsy but well-meaning workshop foreman. Awkward and earnest, he's determined to win Lavinia's heart despite his many mishaps.
Webbley
Razbaum's dependable assistant who does much of the work behind the scenes. Easygoing on the surface, he quietly resents never receiving the credit he deserves.
Basher
The biggest and strongest reindeer in the barn. A confident bully who enjoys picking on Widget and questioning whether she's worthy of leading the team.
